HOURS: NORMAL WORKING HOURS
The normal business hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday-Friday (excluding
holidays). We will not charge an overtime rate if the service call
is scheduled by 4 PM, Monday-Friday, even if we are unable to respond
until later that evening.
EXTENDED WORKING HOURS / OVERTIME RATES
Extended working hours will be after 5 PM on weekdays and anytime
on weekends. Work performed during extended working hours will be
charged at our current overtime rate. Work performed on holidays
will be charged at a double-time rate.
WARRANTY
All parts [not to exceed manufacturers warranty] and labor provided
by Fritz Plumbing L.P., is guaranteed for two full years (excluding
sewer stoppages). If a problem should arise, we guarantee that it
will be rectified in a prompt, professional manner.
